CountrySide is Owatonna's newest catered living community. Our catered living community provides for our members a great value with a diverse mix of amenities, personal services, accessible health related services and much more, including:

• Our 61 residences on three floors offer a diverse mix of 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 500 square feet to nearly 900 square feet. All floors are reachable by stairs or central elevator
  
  
• Each residence features a full kitchen, including a range, refrigerator and dishwasher, living room, bedroom, private bath with a shower unit, ample closet space, telephone hook-ups and a 24-hour response system.
  
  
• Select your own size residence, bring your own furnishings, choose the number of meals per day you desire to eat. Your home means your choices.
  
  
• Cable television, all utilities and one meal per day are included in your monthly membership fee.

• QuietCare offers you non-obtrusive sensors that alert an Ecumen team member and/or a family member if your normal daily activity substantially changes. QuietCare helps to identify small problems before they become large problems. This is one more tool to help us help you live the way you want to live.
